- MacGyver is accused of having a fear of commitment by the women in his life. A dream takes him back to the Old West where the women are mail-order brides.
- Maria (The Wall (1990)) has been offered a position at the university and she's considering leaving the Phoenix Foundation. That way she could settle down with MacGyver. But commitment is "not an easy thing" for him to talk about. MacGyver takes Maria to his place, only to find Kate Murphy (Lesson in Evil (1990)) there. Then some young woman called Jenny bursts down from upstairs. Turns out she's with Kate. Over some Chinese, the women gang up against MacGyver and The Old West gets mentioned. MacGyver retreats upstairs and starts to watch a western on video, but once again falls asleep. Cue again a dream where MacGyver lives in the Old West town called Serenity (Serenity (1990)), among familiar faces like the Bozer brothers.—Toni Tapola, Finland
- Exhausted, MacGyver hopes to unwind watching his western collection, but starts dreaming. As the last person he spoke, fellow Phoenix colleague and potential lover Maria, who has a shot at a new position, made Mac consider committing to relationship, he imagines a cowboy version of himself, too shy to court but utterly courteous and a savior of damsels in distress, even 'pleasure' girls', as well as two foolishly bragging gold miners. He takes on Kid Curry's outlaws gang, who plan to exploit the women and steal the gold.—KGF Vissers
