One of Murphy's most memorable secretaries.

Warning: Spoilers
The future Beverly Leslie of "Will and Grace" had early success in his career with this hysterical performance as Kyle, a rather diminutive young man, wrongfully imprisoned and now in desperate need of employment. Murphy's in desperate need of a secretary and against her better nature, puts Kyle behind the desk. He messes up everything, bringing out her fury but sympathy from everybody else with Miles pointing out her shortcomings with secretaries. The "shut the door" gag has officially come to an end at Phil's, and even Phil has had it with Kyle. He's a sweet man, innocent and nobody wants to hurt his feelings, and when he stands up for Murphy for a fan who confuses her for Cybill Shepherd (ironic considering that Shepherd replaced Candice Bergen on Broadway in "The Best Man"), Murphy decide she needs to help him find something that he's slowly perfect for so he doesn't destroy the office. Leslie Jordan is a scene stealer, bigger than life, and in this, you really root for him in spite of the trouble he unintentionally causes.
