Written by producer Bellisario, this segment of the series takes the cake. A level of cleverness in the writing that doesn't occur anymore for this show. So many highpoints I can't list them all, but I loved the unusual use of Sasha's ghost in different contexts. Killing off a main character in TV is generally botched -even retiring Harmon from active duty decades later just had him disappear into Alaska, utterly unsatisfying.

Use of Ziva is terrific -it's hard to find a replacement character more deviously and ambiguously inserted to win over our hearts -her meet-cute with Tony was brilliant. Bringing Lauren Holly into the show and chain of command -perfect. Even the nonstop rain outside is perfect. And the level of black humor surrounding Sasha's Kate -priceless.
