Powerful and Emotional Episode
PoisonKeyblade20 August 2007
This episode was the most emotional episode so far of Season 1, and the last few minutes were utterly heartbreaking. Christian must learn to deal with Mrs. Grubman while Matthew has to be fully circumcised for medical reasons only. Nanette Babcock, the patient after whom the episode is named, is truly a tragic person. She seems like a nice young woman who is suffering from weight problems, but there is much more to her than it appears on the surface. I loved the story with Matthew, and he is one of my favorite characters so far. This episode was powerful in so many ways, including the writing, the realistic dialogue between father and son, and especially the acting.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode had a very powerful message to me behind wanted a second chance at being happy again. Girl gonna go to her high school reunion but wanted to loose some weight that she has had since then. She has been dieting and working out but hardly shown any results. So she goes to the doctors for help. They oddly turn her down for moral reasons, she was willing to pay and everything. She was denied and ended up killing herself. Dying to be beautiful. I cried for her death.
