- This episode contains a scene of full frontal male genital nudity with explicit urination. Keller, stands fully nude in the hole (cell). His penis is completely visible from the side while he is urinating. This is NOT faked and it doesn't cut away. You clearly see the actor peeing, along with the urine stream coming right out of his penis for a lengthy, explicit scene. There is also another scene near the end where the character Ryan O'Reilly gets out of his bed fully nude and exposes his full penis while standing in his cell.
