I'll put the stem cell clinic aside. That was correctly called. It is classic prior restraint. What bugged me was the decision on that big mouthed woman who would cause the plaster to peal, that that poor man had to listen to every morning. I think his solution would be to get a stereo, blast it every day at a volume like hers, while she was trying to sleep. If she had a barking dog, the judge would have found for him. If she played her music too loud she would have found for him. If she was screaming at her husband, she would have found for him. This was just a way to show what a great person Lindsay is in her new job and didn't take the victim into account at all. That woman should get a taste of her own medicine.
