When Isabel is causing her things to swirl around in a tornado around her and her mother calls to see if she's okay, she says "Yes, Mother, I'm fine!". But, one episode later, they are viewing the videotape of her using her powers and she says "Yes, Mom, I'm fine!"
When Max and Michael are leaving the Crashdown in their uniforms, Max ties his tie loosely and heads for the door. When Liz stops him for a moment before he leaves his tie appears to be done up completely without him having touched it.
At the beginning of the episode, Liz, Max, and Kyle are sitting in a booth at the Crashdown Cafe. The booth is normally positioned against the wall, but at the start of this scene, the camera positioned where the wall should be. Later, in the very same scene, the camera is moved to the opposite side of the booth, and the wall replaced.
When Max pulls the white bag from Colonel Griffin's head you see him walking away, but when the shot changes he's right next to Griffin and walks away a second time.
When Major Carlson shoots the man he believes to be Griffin, he shoots at point blank range directly in front of the man's face. But when he removes the hood from the man's head, the bullet wound is at the side of one temple. This is physically impossible.
Towards the end of the episode, right after Max and the gang help the army officers escape, Maria hits Michael on the arm. As this is occurring, a crewman's shadow can clearly be seen on the ground in the lower left of the shot.
Michael uses his alien powers to make a rubber mask resemble the private investigator's face, in order to assume his identity and sneak into the base. But this trick alone would not alter Michael's body or the back of his hair, both of which are markedly different to those of the private investigator.
