Just as George says 'comfort shmomfort' the sandwich in his hand goes from partially-eaten to whole.
When George is at the wake speaking to the priest, he loads up his plate with snacks. The camera cuts away, and when it cuts back his plate is almost empty.
Just as Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) and Sidra (Teri Hatcher) are about to become intimate, Kramer (Michael Richards) knocks on the door and interrupts them. In one shot they can be seen holding hands; in the next shot their hands are in their laps.
When Kramer is telling Jerry that he saw Salman Rushdie at the health club, the camera shot is only on the two of them and Elaine can be seen pouring milk into a glass and closing the carton. The camera shot then moves to a wide shot of Kramer, Jerry, and Elaine--as she once again pours milk into the glass.
Just before Kramer (Michael Richards) enters at 17 minutes in, Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) has his arms folded across his chest. After Kramer enters and Jerry says, "I gotta draw the line somewhere," Jerry has one hand on his hip and the other at his side.
Kramer (Michael Richards) is wearing a metal chain around his neck in the sauna, and George (Jason Alexander) has metal-frame glasses. These would be burning them.
One minute after Sidra comments that she must be crazy to give Jerry another chance, she's on his couch saying that he will be discovering before long if her breasts are real or fake.
Jerry mentions that George is right-handed and can't make a move with his left hand. In fact, during the entire 'Seinfeld' series, George is seen many times eating and writing with his left hand, which means that he could be ambidextrous. Right after Jerry makes this statement, George is making an effort to sit on Betsy's right side so he can make a move with his left hand.
When Elaine sees Sidra in the health-club sauna, she observes to herself, "Ahh..Silicon Valley". She should've said, if it was a derogatory comment about the supposedly-fake breasts, "Silicone"--the material of which implants are made.
When Jerry and Sidra are discussing Jayne Mansfield's breasts, Jerry says they were so big they were choking her. Sidra replies that she heard that was how she died. Jayne Mansfield actually died as a result of head trauma following a collision with a tractor trailer.
