- Jerry dumps his girlfriend Sidra (Teri Hatcher) after Elaine says her figure is the result of breast implants. Elaine says she can tell if they are real or not, and she says that Sidra's breasts are a bit too perfect. Elaine says that she thought Jerry was a leg man. When Jerry asks for confirmation, Elaine observes Sidra naked in the sauna, and is convinced that her breasts are fake.
George has been on 9 dates with his girlfriend Betsy, but every time he tries to make a move, something goes wrong. At the time instance, they were on a couch and Betsy was on the wrong side as George cannot make a move from the left, when Betsy sits on the right. Meanwhile Betsy wants to sit on the right since she doesn't hear well out of her right ear. On the next attempt, George forces Betsy to sit on his left, but then Betsy gets a phone call informing her of her aunt's death.
In a subplot, George accompanies his current girlfriend, Betsy (Megan Mullally), to Detroit for her aunt's wake. While there, he tries to get a copy of her death certificate so he can get a 50% discount on the airfare. Kramer had gotten a flight to Puerto Rico on the same deal.
Later, Elaine discovers by accident that Sidra's breasts are real when she trips in the sauna and grabs them to cushion her fall. Elaine tells Jerry that they're real, putting him in a predicament by taking Sidra back. Jerry invites Sidra to his apartment and tries to find out if Sidra has real breasts or not. However, Sidra finds out that Elaine was Jerry's former girlfriend. Sidra was with Jerry when Elaine comes to visit Kramer to tell him about the places he could visit in Puerto Rico. But Kramer was in Jerry's apartment borrowing his swimming trunks and Kramer indirectly mentions Jerry and Elaine going on a previous trip together. Sidra thinks that Jerry put Elaine up to the incident in the sauna, subsequently dumps Jerry; as she leaves, she tells him "And, by the way. They're real and they're spectacular."
Kramer claims to have seen Salman Rushdie (Tony Amendola) at the health club, and that Salman is living under the pseudonym "Sal Bass". George tells Betsy's family that he is aiming to compile a rudimentary scrapbook of Betsy's life. The Doctor in charge agrees to issue a death certificate to George. However, he gets into an argument at the funeral reception with Betsy's brother, Timmy (Kieran Mulroney), when accused of double-dipping a chip. George dipped a chip in sauce, took a bite, and then dipped it in sauce again. To annoy Timmy, George double dips again, causing Timmy to attack George. In the end, Betsy breaks up with him and he does not get the death certificate; instead, he tries to pass off a picture of him next to the casket, but the clerk does not buy it.
