- Bebe grows boobs, and all the boys at school ogle at her and fight over her. Stan draws boobs on his wall, and Randy has a talk with him about boobs. Bebe seeks top surgery, and there are clinical (albeit comedic) descriptions of breast reduction and enhancement surgery.

- During Wendy's top surgery, she is graphically cut open (a real photo of innards are shown in the incision). The doctor repeatedly jams the implant into her chest, blood splashing everywhere. Very bloody and shocking, but comedic.
