- During a tap dance butters does 2 years ago his shoe comes off and hits a light which falls onto a man killing him. you see blood then other stuff such as lights and rope come a slice and squash people a woman also grabs the light that killed her husband and gets herself electricuted causing her eyes to blow up alongside suspensful music.
- The same incident happens again only it hits one of the O.C kids and then the rest of them and there trainee. but noone cares about it.

- The Title of this episode is called "You got F'd in the A" which is short for "You got Fucked in the ass" which was meant to be the original title of the episode.
