Near the beginning, the bussard collectors are being used to collect deuterium from the nebulae. When the nebulae starts to destabilize, they decide to suspend collecting deuterium and leave. Captain Janeway calls engineering and tells them that they are suspending "dilithium" intake; however, Neelix was telling a story at that point. He had already stated that he didn't know all the technical details when Icheb pointed out a mistake earlier in the tale.
The masks that Tuvok, Seven of Nine and Janeway wear are NOT upside down for their use in this series. True, they are modern day CPAP masks, but they are not being USED as CPAP masks but rather as an inexpensive prop, which means the way they are worn in this show is correct.
When Chakotay asks the computer where B'elanna is located. The computer would normally respond by saying "B'elanna Torres is...." instead the computer said "Lieutenant Torres is in Engineering..."
Neelix states that Engineering was eight decks down from his location, the mess hall. On Voyager, the mess hall is on Deck 2 and Engineering is on Deck 11, which is nine decks down.
Tuvok says he will only sweat at "350 degrees Kelvin" rather than the correct "350 Kelvin." Several characters have made this same error throughout the Star Trek universe.
Icheb states that the bodies on the Talaxian freighter would have been preserved by the vacuum of space. The Talaxian freighter had life support failure, not a hull breach, so the vacuum of space wouldn't have preserved the bodies of the crew.
When Tuvok guides Neelix through meditation, he says "envision your lungs filled with light." Tuvok is very aware that Neelix had surgery and only has one lung.
Seven of Nine addresses Bajoran Crewman Tal Celes as "Crewman Celes". However, Bajoran naming conventions place the family name first, and the individual name second, meaning Seven should have addressed her as "Crewman Tal".
