- After an attempt to retrieve McKay and Lt. Laura Cadman from the memory banks of a Wraith dart, Cadman gets stuck in McKay's mind.
- An away team is investigating a planet, when suddenly a Wraith dart arrives. LTC Sheppard and his team are able to shoot it down, but not before McKay and a soldier, Laura Cadman are scooped up. As there is not enough power in the Wraith dart to re-materialize them both, only McKay is taken out. He passes out immediately and awakens on Atlantis. There is something wrong however. Cadman has appeared in his mind. She is able to see and hear what he does and speak to him, driving him mad. After a meeting with psychologist Heightmeyer, Cadman realizes she also can take over McKay's body. While Zelenka works on a solution, LTC Sheppard tries to convince Ronan Dex to join forces and convince Weir that he is a worthy addition.—Arnoud Tiele (imdb@tiele.nl)
- While exploring a new planet, Rodney McKay and LT Laura Cadman are scooped up by a Wraith dart. When the dart is brought down, Dr. Zelenka determines there is only enough power to re-materialize one of their two colleagues, leaving the other in digital form in the dart's data bank. Rodney's the one who is brought back and he soon realizes that Cadman's mind is sharing his body. Rodney and Laura are constantly bickering - it looks like he's constantly talking to himself - and it all gets interesting when the socially inept McKay has a date with Dr. Katie Brown. Sheppard meanwhile is hoping Ronan Dex will stay and join them in the battle against the Wraith.—garykmcd
- Impressed by Ronon's martial arts, decking Teyla and marines in their prime effortless, Sheppard probes him about joining the army and gets Weir to talk to him. When Sheppard's next planet exploration is suddenly attacked by a Wraith dart, McKay and his military 'bodyguard' Laura Cadman are scooped up, the glider is shot down and Zelenka finds the two trapped inside the wraith transporter, dematerialized, but it lacks energy to materialize both again. Luckily McKay is extracted, but he soon finds Cadman's irreverent female conscience inside his brain, and following Dr. Kate Heightmeyer's psychoanalytic advice to let go proves so she even temporarily take over his body. Poorly compensated by dating coaching with Dr. Katie Brown, this makes Rodney's life even more hellish, alas compromising his scientific ability to search for a technological solution, while Zelenka's experiments on mice are far from promising. Finally McKay has a brilliant solution: Stargate technology.—KGF Vissers
- A run-in with a Wraith Dart leaves the consciousness of a precocious Atlantis security officer trapped in Dr. McKay's mind - with hilarious yet disastrous results.
