- Jackie wants to participate in the Roller Disco with Hyde, but that's just not his style. It's more of a Fez thing. Jackie doubts Fez has any talent but he shows her differently. She takes his offer as Kelso becomes envious that Jackie has shown interest in Fez and not him. When Jackie's had too much to drink, Fez is forced to make a serious decision.—Candice Davis
- When the Roller disco competition comes to Kenosha, Jackie insists Hyde must be her partner and he won't agree. Hyde says that he might be tempted to push Jackie down a flight of stairs, but never to dance with her. Since she scorns Kelso, that leaves Fez, actually the best choice. Fez auditions for Jackie and impresses her enough that she chooses him as her partner.
Donna makes Michael jealous. She says if Fez helps Jackie win the competition, she might so excited that she might have sex with Fez. Fez has a sexy accent and a hot body. On the day of the competition, Kelso tries to sabotage his friend. Jackie and Fez are doing fantastic on the rink, and all attempts by Kelso to distract them have failed miserably. He had planned to throw a marble on the rink during their performance but is stopped by Donna. Kelso swallows his marble.
Jackie and Fez end up winning the competition. They are awarded a bottle of champagne. Jackie takes Fez with her in her car to celebrate. They find a secluded spot where Jackie finishes the bottle all by herself. Jackie gets drunk and frisky, but Fez resists temptation to take advantage of her in this drunken state, and then later regrets it. The next day he gets drunk and wants Jackie to have sex with him, but she doesn't even remember what happened the night before.
Donna tries to console Kelso that Jackie liking Fez is not a big deal as he still has Laurie. Kelso is sad and Donna gives him a hug and a shoulder to cry on. Donna's consolation attempt is mistaken by Kelso for making out... Donna punches Kelso and storms out. Kelso calls Donna a tease, but then runs after her to apologize to her for his behavior.
Red is sued by Earl for irregular termination using many ass-words. Earl was a lazy employee who was always late and never did his job properly. In his complaint Earl claims that Red was habitually ill tempered. Red has to defend himself in front of the labor board. The labor board asks Eric and Red to appear in person. Red is asked to defend himself; Eric is asked about his experience of working with his father, rather than with Earl. The panel insists Eric tells them about working with his pa's temper at work. Eric tries to evade the questions as he does not want to lie. This infuriates Red and his frustration causes him to lose his temper. Eric clearly states that Earl was incompetent, but also states that Red has a violent temper, which manifests itself into all sorts of rage.
Earl is an hour and 10 mins late to his own hearing and thus the board rules in favor of Red. However, Red is advised to join anger management classes based on responses from Eric. Red is furious at Eric and leaves without him.
Eric gives Kelso a Purple Nurple for hitting on Donna. Fez and Hyde also pile onto Kelso and give him a beating.
