A great Bosco-centric show

Warning: Spoilers
Bosco and Yokas are detailed to clear out the hookers from a neighborhood that has had several complaints. In the process, they pull over a vehicle when it is obvious that the female passenger is performing oral sex on the driver. The officers automatically decide that this is a hooker and her John and send them on their way, despite some red flags from the female. Later, the girl's mother calls the police because her daughter is now claiming she was raped. Yokas, after talking to the girl, realizes that her story is true. The girl's mother in the meantime files a complaint against Bosco, which could lead to serious complications for him. Bosco later confronts the suspect and asks him if he did rape the girl. The suspect denied it and Bosco told him, if he was lying, he would kill him.

At the hearing, Yokas takes the blame for not believing the girl, to take the heat off of Bosco. She and Bosco talk on the court steps and Bosco realizes he allowed the girl to be raped.

Later, Sully and Davis get a call for a man who was killed in his vehicle and it turns out to be the suspect. Of course, Bosco is now going to be the prime suspect and this will be dealt with in the next show.

Bosco is always an interesting character - he is blunt and and gung-ho about his job, and can often be a jerk, but the bottom line is he really does care about helping people. Both Molly Price and Jason Wiles do a fabulous job, showing the inner conflicts they have over the situation. Both of them really care about their job and have regrets over how they handled the situation.

There is a humorous side story about Nieto wanting to get a new place to live with Davis as his roommate. Sergeant Christopher, being the jerk that he is, leads Nieto to believe that Davis is gay, which (at first) makes Nieto tell Davis he is no longer interested in rooming with Davis. But when he finds a perfect two-bedroom apartment, he changes his mind.
