Trivia:

The episode was supposed to contain another scene in which Shane and Isabelle ride bikes through the neighborhood and Isabelle says, "My mother is horrible," to Shane who replies, "My mother is a drug dealer." Jenji Kohan debated about whether that scene or the DEA jacket scene would serve as the best ending. While Kohan thought that the bike scene was the best ending for the season, she decided that the DEA scene was the best ending for the episode.
