When Mulder is checking his watch to show they moved in by six o clock, the date says the 7th. However, when Scully is narrating the film she is taking of the house, she says the date is the 24th.
In Monday (1999), Mulder's Omega watch displays the time and the day of the week. In "Arcadia" it displays the time and the date.
When Mulder damages the mailbox, he puts the flag up and opens the door. After he returns from the bathroom, the mailbox is fixed and the flag is no longer visible. (at around 12 mins). In the next scene, when he goes out to the mailbox (at around 20 mins), the flag is back up again.
(at around 19 mins) The camera looks over the shoulder of a guy picking up a wine glass, in the very next shot he picks it up again.
(at around 33 mins) Scully leaves the table to join her host in walking the dog. The window
behind the table shows it is still light outside, but the very next time we see Scully it is pitch dark outside.
Scully tells Cami she walked them past Mike's house twice. Obviously a fair amount of time has passed.

At 24:30, when Mulder and Scully are in the bedroom discussing the case, and Dana goes into the bathroom, Fox is wearing shoes when he lies on the bed. At 25:04, when Scully comes out of the bathroom with a green face, Mulder is still on the bed, but his shoes are off.
Mulder's feet are off-screen for quite a while. And at one point he appears to be moving his legs in a manner to kick his shoes off. When he stands up, a shoe clearly seen on the bed confirming he kicked them off while lying down.

The handwriting "China" on the box is different when Scully opens it inside the house. (It could easily be a different side of the box with different writing.)
(at around 22 mins) Scully turns on the video camera and starts talking. We get to see the display and elapsed recording time, which is 1min 17secs. Scully has only had the camera switched on for 14 seconds.
The moving truck at the beginning of the episode is obviously a lighting truck used for film production. Both the lift gate and the tow hitch are professional grade not used by consumer moving trucks.
This is supposed to be a gated community. At 28 seconds, we can see to the left of the screen that anyone can just climb over the flower bed to gain entry.
At around 01:13, the next door neighbor is holding a can of paint that reads "Dessert Sage," a misspelling of "desert"
When Scully returns to the house and is standing in the living room saying "Mulder, Mulder is that you?", a crew member is clearly seen standing on the right side of the room for nearly 12 seconds.
While Mulder is tearing the grass away in the neighbor's yard (at around 42 mins), a sound engineer's equipment is clearly visible on the right side of the frame for 3 seconds.
When Mulder and Scully first arrive in Arcadia, the neighbors gather to help them get moved in by 6:00. Yet when everyone leaves and Mulder and Scully retire into the house, their minivan is still parked diagonally on the street, and not in the driveway. This is almost certainly against the CCRs in a neighborhood as restrictive as Arcadia, yet no one objects.
The neighbor who repaints the Kline's mailbox is carrying a misspelled can of "Dessert Sage".
