In the scene were Mulder writes a message on Skinner's hand, he writes it along the bottom, starting near the baby finger. The next time you see Skinner walking, he reviews Mulder's message, but it is now written on an angle starting at the middle of the hand, leading to the thumb.
When talking about the writings on the spacecraft, Scully says: "24 panels. One for each human chromosome". She means 22 autosomes and 2 different sex chromosomes.
(at around 21 mins) Scully writes names of the four nucleotides of DNA. However, adenine is spelled "ademine", a rather strange mistake considering Scully is a medical doctor. However, as she is translating letter by letter from the alien artifact, it is probably supposed to be spelled incorrectly.
When Skinner first visits Mulder while he's lying on a bed (where Mulder writes on Skinner's hand), as the shot shows Mulder in the bed with Skinner approaching, there is a piece of blue tape on the floor on the side of the bed to mark where Skinner needs to stand for the scene.
When Mulder has a seizure, the doctor tells Skinner to hold his head, while he and Fowler restrain Mulder's arms and legs. This is not medically accepted seizure procedure. Protocol dictates the seizing person be rolled onto his side and allowed to move around, with only his head supported to prevent injury, but not grabbed around the jaw in the manner that Skinner uses.
