Sex & Nudity

  • In the Cathedral there are some paintings on the wall that depict naked people.

Violence & Gore

  • In the opening cutscene Greil has a sword fight duel with his son Ike and he knocks out Ike.
  • The cutscene with Greil fighting the black Knight can be seen. Greil tries to kill the black Knight with his axe but the Black Knight stabs Greil in the stomach causing him to die and Ike is upset by his fathers death.
  • In the turn based tactic battles, the characters can be seen fighting enemies with their swords, axes, lances, bow and arrows, magic spells killing enemies in the process or even killing your allies.
  • If one of your character loses all of his or her HPs, then he or she dies and you no longer get them back for the rest of the game. Also if Ike dies at any point in the game, then it's game over.
  • There is talk of war, violence and hate discussed by Ike and the other characters though out the game.
  • Kieran mentions to Brom about the pain and torture in the dungeon.
  • Nasir can be seen punching Ike and letting Ena escape.

Profanity

  • Words like "Bloody" is used in the game.
  • The word "Damned" is used once in the Gamecube game.
  • If Ike loses all his HPs in the final battle, he will use the word "Damn" before he dies and it's game over.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The violent cutscene with Greil getting stabbed by a sword by a Black Knight can be very disturbing for little kids.
  • The issue with racism between Humans and Sub-humans is mentioned throughout the game.
  • The tower after the battle against the Black Knight can be seen shaking and collapsing to the ground.

Violence & Gore

  • In chapter 27 Ike can be seen killing the Black Knight or Ike fails to kill the Black Knight and Nasir intervenes and kills the Black Knight and Nasir dies, the scene is then followed with the towers collapsing and crumbling down.
