- A trucker drives off the road in a truck axcident it is unknown if hes dead.
- Kenny dies but this time his death is taking seriously as he is killed off for good. (but he returns in the episode "Red Sleigh Down").

- Shit and f*ck are used, but on TV, Kenny mumbling the latter is uncensored. The clear one is bleeped, though.
- some strong langauge. such as f**k but bleeped out.

- Although most of Kenny's deaths are highly comedic, this one is not (although he returns in later episodes).
- The entire episode is pretty sad, especially for parents who have lost one or more of their children to terminal illness.

- Kenny does die in the end, but unlike in any other episode, he was actually killed off... until the next season's finale. This is the saddest South Park episode. In a way, this episode was similar to Family Guy's season 12 episode, "Life of Brian." One of the main characters dies for good, but then returns later.
