Despite being in 'Real Time', the section at the end when Jack and Curtis infiltrate Wilshire Gas Company, the clock shows 9:56:23. When Jack sets the C4, the clock shows 9:57:42, supposedly taken place over a minute. The actual time for that scene was 2 minutes, 40 seconds
When Jack holds the gun on the girl in the interrogation room he cocks the slide back. In one shot it appears normal, and in the next the slide is fully locked back, the bullet showing in the chamber.
Shari Rothenberg tells Buchanan and O'Brien that "Most toxins become inert under high pressure." This is nonsense. High gas pressures have little or no effect on most toxic compounds. This was clearly just a plot device to give CTU a way to detect where the nerve gas was going to be released.
When Jack interrogates Collette Stenger, he threatens to shoot her and racks the slide back on the gun. When shown from the side, the slide has not fully seated forward and has a double feed malfunction. In this manner, he would not have been able to fire a round unless he cleared the jam.
When Bierko is thrust forward against the police car from an 'explosion', the car door does not move, revealing there was no actual shock wave but it was a pratfall by the actor.
After Bierko shoots the manager of the gas company's friend, he puts his arm around him and says to one of his men "Take the canisters to the main distribution tank"; a camera's shadow can be see on the manager's white shirt.
