During the scene in the warden's office where Peggy is accused of smuggling cocaine, the timer is sitting empty on the warden's desk. But after Peggy denies the accusation, the timer is shown full.
When Hank answers the phone call from Wes, he starts talking to him immediately after picking up the phone; however, much like a collect call, when a prisoner places a call from a prison, it is always preceded by a recording announcing that the call is being placed by a prisoner and must first be accepted by the answering party before the caller can be connected.
Before Archer told Peggy the cocaine, he mentioned to Peggy that he was illiterate. However (even though Peggy is known to be very naive and never figured it sooner) if Archer was illiterate, he would not be able to write the letter that lured Peggy, in the first place.
