The final show of the series. Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson would continue "Bottom" as live shows until 2003 and the 1999 film "Guest House Paradiso". At one point it was rumored that the BBC planned a revival of the series and Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson were preparing to bring "Bottom" back to TV screen, as a television version of their 1997 live stage show "Hooligan's Show". But it never came light, due to Rik Mayall's death in 2014.

The ending mocks the ending of the 70s BBC science fiction series "Blakes 7". Richie and Eddie are surrounded by the Anti-terrorism squad and are gunned down in slow motion, ending in a freeze frame and cutting to the closing credits.
