When Delco walks into the lab, there is a computer screen with a criminals picture and information on it. Boa then asks if he wants to see who's DNA they found and she calls the same info up onto the screen.
In a previous episode, Delko told Caine that Marisol only had months to live. However, in this episode, Delko asks Marisol what will happen "if the cancer comes back", implying that she is in remission.
In the opening death scene, the UV tanning lamp is in the bathtub with the victim, clearly still powered. Ryan comments that the GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) should have tripped. Calleigh replies that it did, but not fast enough. The GFCI outlet is shown in its normal (untripped) condition. When tripped, the red RESET button clearly pops out. In addition, the GFCI will trip within 1/60th of a second to prevent just this type of mishap. Bath salts added to the water would tend to conduct electricity around the victim, lessening the effect.
