Sex & Nudity

  • Limited to 2 moments of suggestive dialogue.
  • Cartman brutally insults his nanny by questioning if she's sterile, and then bringing up that nobody ever wanted to mate with her because of her appearance. He finally brings up that her uterus is slowly drying up, meaning she'll never have kids, twice.
  • Cartman, after running away, tries to make his friends, who won't let him stay with them, feel guilty by bringing up that he could be gang raped in the streets.

Violence & Gore

  • Through dialogue, we learn that Cartman handcuffed a child to his school's flagpole, and convinced him that he poisoned his milk and that he had to saw his leg off for the antidote. This is meant to be over the top.
  • Cartman verbally assaults his 1st nanny to the point where she quits on him, and makes his 2nd nanny end up in a mental institution (how, exactly, is not shown).

Profanity

  • 8 uses of goddamn, 4 uses of hell, 3 uses of bitch, 2 uses of asshole, and 1 use of piss and bastard. Fuck is used once, but it is muffled and hard to understand.
  • Cartman insults The Dog Whisperer with the terms "fruitcake", "taco bender" and "Mexican", and makes a few anti- semitic references. Also, some gross-out involving Super Nanny eating her own feces in a mental institution and Cartman vomiting once.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • One of the tamer episodes.
  • The whole episode deals with Cartman psychologically, and how he deals with his mother trying to discipline him. He does various horrible things in the episode, and at times, the episode can be rather dark. There are still several comedic moments though.
