  Linka : Wheeler, what are you doing?

  Wheeler : You said to sort the trash for recycling, so I'm sorting. This pile is all stuff that my favorite drinks come in. And this pile is...

  Ma-Ti : [bemused]  Wheeler, you've got it all wrong. You sort it by what it is made of.

  Lenai : Paper glass, and aluminum can all be turned back into something useful.

  Linka : But before we can recycle, we have to sort properly.

  Wheeler : [Suchi climbs atop one of his badly-sorted piles amidst the well-sorted ones]  Hey, give me a break, Linka. I'm new at this.

  Linka : I forgot - some catch on faster than others.

  Wheeler : [sees him]  Nobody likes a show-off, Suchi!

• Captain Planet : Many of the things we throw away can be used again. That's called recycling.

  Linka : The bottles in our trash can be turned into windows.

  Kwame : And old papers into new books.

  Gaia : The more trash we recycle, the fewer of Earth's precious resources we use up, and the more beautiful it stays.

  Captain Planet : Together, we can make a difference. Recycle. The power is yours!
