- Carl is seen reading a magazine on the toilet and comments "Look at the bras on that broad". He's seen nude on the toilet, with the side of his butt visible.

- Carl gets sucked into a bionic toilet with an enormous fan behind it, causing his body to be crushed and blended up; It's heavily implied his body is eviscerated by the fan as a huge torrent of blood shoots out from behind the fan and his severed head floats in the toilet bowl (no stump or gore is directly seen, and no blood is present in the bowl). The hatch of the door is also seen splattered with more realistic blood.
- Carl's severed head is seen pinned to a tree (no blood) and is played with by meatwad.
- Frylock takes a chainsaw to Carl's body: Revving and squishing is heard as a stream of blood shoots out from off-screen. We soon see the head missing from the body (without blood).
Profanity

- Carl's head transmits angry, profanity-laden thoughts at Frylock on a computer monitor. On TV and streaming, they're censored with nonsense words. On DVD and initial TV airings, this rant is filled with profanity, including multiple, uncensored uses of "Fuck".
- Meatwad becomes fascinated by swearing throughout the episode, and starts play-swearing in aggressive manners: "Was that an F? He's dropping F-bombs, y'all! I'ma start dropping F-bombs now, listen to this: Fart you, Farthead. / That's not how F-bombs are dropped, you idiot! / Oh the fart it is, farter! Fart all y'all, y'all go fart yourself..."
- Meatwad continues play-swearing: "You heard him, bring it to the fartin' back... ... The fart is this from... Fudge. / That's not an F-bomb. / Fudge you... ...Fudge you, butthole."

- One joke involves Carl's head being attached to a black man's body, who tries to rip it off.
