The One Where Stan Doesn't Want Anymore Kids...
taylorkingston23 June 2014
Warning: Spoilers
Newspaper Headline: Rumsfeld steps down... on puppy's head. I love this episode. It is really funny. Basically what happens is, Steve begins dating a new girl, so Francine starts feeling Empty Nest Syndrome. Then she tries to convince Stan to have another baby. I don't think Stan wants that. Especially because, he just had a vasectomy. Francine finds out that Stan had frozen some of his sperm in the '80s and decides to take matters into her own hands. Then she and Stan both race each other to the storage facility. Francine gets there and is trying hard to find Stan's sample. Stan then holds her at gunpoint. Francine then pulls a gun of her own and shoots a giant milk tank behind Stan and milk comes pouring out. And washes Stan right out the door. Stan gets to his sample first, but then Francine threatens to use some random guys sperm instead. Right then and there. Stan reluctantly gives over his sample. Stan convinces Francine that she doesn't need another baby, because she is, and always will be, a mother. Meanwhile, Roger becomes a college professor and Hayley finds a new crush in her classmate Ethan, but they find out he's a bit crazy. I really love this episode. It's just so funny. Overall, I would give it a 9 out of 10.

Iced, Iced Babies New Storyline

Iced Iced Babies

Plot:

Francine had expressed her desire to have another baby, but Stan was firmly against it. He believed that their family was perfect the way it was and didn't want any changes. This disagreement caused tension between them, as they struggled to find common ground.

Meanwhile, Steve and Debbie were taking their relationship to the next level. They were both deeply committed to their partners and wanted to explore a deeper connection. However, their love lives were about to face some challenges.

Hayley wanted to promote the idea of going to college to her family, believing it would broaden their horizons and open up new opportunities. She tried to persuade her parents and siblings to consider pursuing higher education.

In an attempt to reason with Francine and show his love for their current family dynamic, Stan had heartfelt conversations with her. He expressed his deep affection for their existing family and tried to reassure Francine that they didn't need to have another child to be happy.

In the midst of these discussions, Debbie discovered that Steve had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend, Lisa, and they had broken up. Realizing the impact this breakup had on Steve, Debbie decided to inform Stan and Francine about the situation. Feeling overwhelmed, Stan and Debbie left Francine behind momentarily to offer support to their distraught Steve.

Hayley, already emotionally fragile due to her own personal issues, approached Francine in tears. She revealed that she and her partner, Jeff, had recently broken up. Seeking comfort from her mother, Hayley expressed her sadness and shared the details of the breakup.

Meanwhile, Stan returned home and found his son Steve in a state of distress, crying over his recent breakup. Steve's new girlfriend Debbie had returned to the smith home and discovered him in this vulnerable state. Feeling a mix of sympathy and concern, she tried to console him and provide reassurance that everything would eventually be alright.

Steve, please don't take this for granted

Judging by that song Steve sung in the episode Rubberneckers (the "Is She Not Hot Enough" song), Steve should not take what happened to him at the end of this episode for granted. He should see it as a great opportunity... and do what Oedipus did (which was failed in the episode My Affair Lady). But the ending of this episode provided Steve with the perfect opportunity.
