In "Ghost Host," the Flying Dutchman tries feebly to scare Larry at the gym; when Spongebob thinks that Larry is buying it, Larry's attention is actually drawn towards his flabby chest muscle, which he refers to as his "latissimus dorsi." The latissimus dorsi is located in the back; he was pointing to the pectoralis major.
Squidward acts like he doesn't believe in ghosts even though he's literally met The Flying Dutchman before.

In the German version however, he states that the stress caused a drastic decrease in his blood sugar levels. However it is a well-known fact that stress causes blood sugar to rise not drop.
