Merlin : The windows, unlike your maps, Lord Kellar, looks out upon a world of borderless wonders.
Merlin : Where have you come from?

Lynette : From the longings of your heart, dear Merlin.
Merlin : I could be risking my very life. Yet, Merlin would do the same for me. Then again, he is Merlin. He is Morgana's equal. And better.
Lynette : Are you happy, Merlin? Here, with me?

Merlin : Completely. I've never been more at peace.
Merlin : It, like everything your hand touches, is graced with sweetness and goodness.
Lynette : He offers you nothing but a cold solitary life!

Merlin : He needs me. One day he will change the world, Lynette. And I must be there to help him.
Lady Morgana : You failed with the wind. Do you care to try the earth?

Merlin : As you wish, Dark Lady!

Lady Morgana : How can it be?

Merlin : You're a clever woman, Morgana. But there is much you have yet to learn.

Lady Morgana : [sarcastically] Indeed.

Merlin : Indeed. You have yet to learn, Morgana, that there is no power on Earth greater than the power of love. True love like, true friendship, is one of life's sweetest miracles.
