Action figures of Thall Joben, Jord Dusat, Kea Moll, Tig and Sise Fromm (without his hover chair) were released in the Star Wars Droids toy line in 1985. The line naturally also included C-3PO and R2-D2, albeit repaints of the figures previously released in Kenner's Star Wars line. A figure of Vlix was planned for the second series, but was released in Brazil by Glasslite in 1988, making it the rarest vintage Star Wars action figure to be produced.
Product placement: An ATL Interceptor, a small vehicle released in the Droids toy line, can briefly be spotted facing the Triggon One after it lifts off. It is the only vehicle without solar panels, which appear to be modified variants of the TIE Fighter. This type of vehicle will also be identified as the IG-1000 as it is seen being used by IG-88 in The New King (1985).
This story takes place on the planets Annoo and Ingo.
At the start of this story, the White Witch and it's owners is being flown from Ingo to Annoo on Kea Moll's ship, a Corellian Engineering Corporation Starruner-class starship named "Sand Sloth".
When the Droids are in the cargo hold of the Fromm's transport ship, a sea green pilot droid is seen. This model is also seen piloting the B-Wing at the start of the opening credits sequence. The large green droid that starts to bully Threepio is also visible in the opening credits, riding tandem in the Side Gunner vehicle that is chasing the White Witch.
