I dig it!

Definitely give this series a viewing! It's a lot of fun and great to have a peek into the lives of people working in New York on Wall Street. I've always been interested in that world, but never knew anything about it. This show takes you there in a big way and shows you around. The subjects have a variety of different jobs, so we get a good cross section (i.e. hedge funds, trading floors, day traders, etc.). Sandra, the hot corporate lawyer, is a great character. I just love to watch her. And Guy, the hedge fund manager, is a rich stud with interesting thoughts on the market. Timmy, the day trader, is entertaining and I loved watching him make a fool of himself on national television. All together, one of the most enjoyable TV shows I've seen in while. Season 2 started airing last week and it might be even better than the first. It's on Mojo, an HD cable channel (like HDNet). Just wanted to spread the word. Check it out for sure. I highly recommend it.

My favourite Trader piece
helmuc11 August 2019
Out of all the movies, tv series, documentaries and all the other available video format pieces > Wall Street Warriors is my #1 and I keep returning to it after a while.

These series contain so much information, jokes and valuable insight/experience that it is a Must See if you trade (volumes are not important) or think of trading or running a hedge fund.

Huge tx to the creators

Completely Not Worth It in Any Way
The-Ambassador15 January 2015
Words do not exist that can adequately express how utterly and completely worthless this alleged "series". Filmed during the height of the reality TV craze of the mid-2000s, the producers of this failed cluster-pluck spend a total of 16 valuable thirty minute episodes and instead of shining any light whatsoever on what people who work in finance and on Wall Street do, they jump cut from one boring puff piece to another about the life stories and back stories of a small group of some of the most uninteresting people one could ever possibly even conceive of. If you're looking for any real "warriors" you won't find them here. Perhaps it was a lack of access or perhaps it was just pure ignorance and a sincere lack of knowledge of the industry itself. The scenes of the traders in the pits was "interesting" at best, but teaches, nor reveals, absolutely nothing -- except perhaps to only the most basic novices. Worst of all, the series gives a very poor and inaccurate misrepresentation of what it's like to trade or invest for a living. This was a poor attempt of a job and hence it's quick demise. Thoroughly unenjoyable.
