"The fatter they are, the fatter they fall."

Warning: Spoilers
After an uneventful morning of watching a documentary on the sperm whale, and finding the name hilarious, Beavis and Butt-head go to the local hospital where they do community service, or rather, they drink soda from IV bags while chilling in a motorized cart owned by a morbidly obese Texan named Billy Bob. At that moment, the aforementioned portly gentleman was on a treadmill, begging for a pizza. He begins having delusions and the doctor turns into Mr. Breakfast from Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, begging Billy Bob to eat him. Even the burger place across the street seemed to be calling his name. But what really sets ol' BB off is seeing Beavis and Butt-head hijacking his cart and spinning donuts in the parking lot. Well, sir, that touched off the powder keg for the big, angry fat man burst out through the wall like the Incredible Hulk. So the boys take off, with Beavis at the wheel. They drive through the hospital before careening down a stairwell, destroying the cart. Billy Bob now has them cornered, when suddenly he experienced his seventh coronary and collapsed. Thinking quickly, Beavis and Butt-head steal his wallet then create a makeshift defibrillator out of a wall socket and some wires and give ol' Billy Bob quite a shock.

I recall this episode being adapted into a level of both Beavis and Butt-head video games. The version on Sega, while truer to the source material, was much harder. You had to drive the cart through the hospital ward with the fat guy behind you. Some dumb-ass left a bunch of boxes in the road and every time you slam into one of them, they slow you down. I've never been able to get past that level since I keep slamming into the boxes and that fat bastard kills me. In the Super Nintendo version, there's no cart level, thank God. Billy Bob just comes at you swinging a salami. He's a tough cookie either way. As for this episode, it's quite an amusing watch. The voice acting and animation is pretty good, considering. I'd definitely recommend Beavis and Butt-head fans checking it out.
