"Credit cards are cool."

Warning: Spoilers
Question: what happens when Beavis and Butt-head get their hands on a credit card? Well, rather than waste time explaining, let's watch and see what happens, and why it's much funnier to experience, rather than explain. So our hapless heroes are sitting around, watching The Brady Bunch and adding their own lyrics to the theme song: "They were four men, living all together..." BB: "But they didn't sleep alone." Hilarious. Suddenly, Beavis reveals a treasure he'd found: a Freefall credit card registered to Thomas T. Anderson. Beavis decides to burn it, but Butt-head takes it away, calling him a "chode smoker", (the latter two are things you won't see in televised airings) and tells him the card can be used to purchase things. So they go to the Turbo Mall 2000 where they bus around a cart containing a moose head, a chain saw, a ball bat and a container of kerosene...gonna be one wild party, I can tell. They stop by the pet store and buy a $2,400 parrot, then a golden retriever, some cats, some snakes, an iguana, and some dead chinchillas. They run up a big-ass bill of $6,275.

Meanwhile, Mr. Anderson and his wife Marcy had just stopped at the Holoway Inn in their RV as Anderson looks forward to seeing all the boys again: Dick, Peter, Rod, Johnson and ol' John Thomas. Misfortune rears it's ugly head when Anderson realizes he doesn't have his credit card. Marcy reminds him he used it to get into his tool shed after "those boys" locked him out. Anderson blows his top and is told to leave. Back in Highland, Beavis and Butt-head's house has become a zoo with all their new pets. They decide to give them all to Tom Anderson, as it was the least they could do. They opted to keep two parrots that bare an uncanny resemblance to them.

Something about this episode I never understood: why did the Andersons need to stay in a hotel when they drove in an RV? Couldn't they just stay in there and then Anderson wouldn't have to miss his convention? I guess Mike overlooked that little detail. Anyway, for what it is, this episode is pretty good. The animation is crappy in a few places, but this was early in the series and the budget wasn't too keen...maybe they needed a credit card? Beavis and Butt-head fans will like "Good Credit". I watched the uncut version which included many shots of Beavis playing with a lighter.
