Plot holes: When Sarah (Anna Kendrick) is in the bus, she finds Jillian's phone, and it is on. Jillian had been gone for a couple of weeks at that point, and her phone shouldn't have needed to be recharged. A minute later she finds the phone of Janet, who had been missing for years. And still, her phone works perfectly fine, and it even has enough power to make a call.

At first i wanted more, but at the end i was fairly satisfied with this..

This isn't a horror flick. I wish it was, because making this kind of sloppy crime-thriller is quite pointless. But still i managed to get the best from it and be fairly satisfied when the credits started to roll, and i'm still not sure why...

The start is usual, small town, group of teenagers, best friends forever blah blah, bad parenting, a teen girl craving to escape from her small town. That part was worse than i expected it would be, i thought with few somewhat likable actors they would make better "thrillerless" intro to this movie, they didn't, it was just plain boring talk, and that's what separates this kind of trash from 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' kind of trash, better, more likable and more familiar actors with more entertaining events and dialogs. Anyway...it was what it was, after the plot turned and the investigative part of the movie started, things started to get a bit better scene by scene, and i was quite pleased at one point, but the ending and conclusion was on the other hand simply lame and quite predictable, and that's something you don't want in these kind of crime-thrillers...right? Overall, i'm still surprised by the fact that i'm rating this movie with 6/10, but it was kind of satisfying after all, 106 minutes didn't exactly go down-the-drain or anything, but if you have anything better to watch, go ahead and watch it, and keep 'Elsewhere' for some other time when you feel bored and you have nothing else to watch, then you might find it pleasing as i did.
