Struggle of an abandoned pregnant mother with the ruthless world
anmolbnrj14 May 2022
One of the finest performances you would come accross. Tara in the role of Hasina is just simply phenominal. Her constant struggle managing the three children in a pregnant state while dealing with an abusive husband who beats her on regular basis. Who later on abandons her for another girl. This highlights the critical aspect of the preachy society how no one stands with an abandoned women, not the leaders of jamat or any other man. She only gets some solace from an erudite lady Zulekha, who is an Islamic scholar. This movie needs to be translated in all languages of importance to address a crucial social evil. This movie needs to be seen by one and all to understand how easy it is for a man to dispose a helpless uneducated girl left completely at the mercy of God. The direction and mere simplicity of cinematography are brilliant. This is indeed a self pondering, emotive movie that leaves you gasping for breath.
