- Two doctors make out in front of a patients cell.
- A little girl is bothered by a child molester but Mabel kills him before he can hurt her.

- A lesbian woman falls in love with her psychiatrist, but the woman is a cannibal and tries to lick her hand. The psychiatrist shocks her with a shock collar and the woman convulses violently on the floor.
- A little girl is slaughtered by an unseen killer while playing hide-and-seek. Her screams can be heard and blood is shown dripping down the trunk of a tree.
- Dr. Parker shocks a man with a shock collar, mocking him while doing so.
- Two inept doctors shine a red laser beam on a patient. The red color makes him angry and he flies into a rage. Later on the same patient is released and crushes a man's head with his fist.
- A cannibal woman makes her psychiatrist join her in cooking and eating the dead body of one of her friends. They disembowel the body and several organs are seen. The psychiatrist vomits while having to hold the intestines.
- Dr. Parker discusses how he was cruelly abused as a child and nearly drowned by aquatic reinforcement, an outdated method of treatment for the mentally ill.
- A lawyer is slaughtered.
- Oliver tries to help a little girl escape the killer, but the killer attacks Oliver.
- Mabel kills a child molester by whacking him on the head.
- A cop punches a mute man who he believes murdered his little sister.
- A cop is injured and tied down to a table, blood is seen.
- Jamie is nearly drowned in a dunking tank.
- Some mild name calling and arguing.
- A little girl is brought to the asylum by a woman who doesn't understand the girl's grief over the loss of her parents. The girl is visibly terrified.
- Dr. Parker has his heart ripped out by a cop.
- A cop is murdered inside a large house.
- Blood is seen spilled across the walls of a bedroom. It is revealed that two children were slaughtered in the night.
- Mabel is stabbed in the back, literally, by Jamie.
- The asylum uses several outdated methods like electroshock therapy, lobotomies and aquatic reinforcement as treatment for its patients. This and the stereotypes about mental illnesses might be very bothersome to viewers.
- A man with a foot fetish hangs a cop from the ceiling and threatens to chop off his toes. He also wears a necklace made of stolen human toes.
- A religious fanatic is murdered.
- Despite all of these instances, much of the film is comedic and would likely only scare younger viewers.
Profanity

- The swearing is minimal, mostly the words "damn" and "hell".
- Some out of date phrases about mental illnesses.
- A few slang sexual words like "weewee" and "boob", but again it's very minimal.

- This film is incredibly dark and depressing, but it has a comedic side to it. Nonetheless it could be considered very disturbing, offensive and creepy, especially to younger viewers.
