JC has a small role but one of his songs from his shelved unreleased, unfinalized solo sophomore album "Kate" of the mid 2000s, Until Yesterday, plays in the background of one of the scenes. Maybe one day, we will get those songs available to the public for streaming, the songs are awesome. Back to the show. JC's bandmate is haunted by a spirit who won't allow that bandmate to play any music. The show spooks me out a bit when spirits show up but then you feel sorry for one of the spirits and you wish another spirit wouldn't be so troubled and accept the help of the ghost whisperer. I can see why the show was popular back in the day, it's not bad, predictable, but was pretty good for the one episode that I watched. Later, JC is playing the guitar in the background for a very short time. He isn't one of the leads, he gives info to the ghost whisperer a couple of times, but the episode focuses more on other characters.
