When Keppler is showing the dentist the transparency of the bite marks, the dentist puts the transparency down and puts his right hand on top of it but in the next shot, the dentist is holding the transparency and puts it down a second time.
During autopsy (at 9:02), they photograph the girl and an iguana tattoo on the right ankle. Then at 9:11 they are doing a search and the results have a section called "Identifying Marks" which lists "Iguana Tattoo on left ankle". Then at 9:24, Sofia tells the mother that there was an iguana tattoo on the right ankle.
The game Keppler is watching is displayed on a Dell monitor, not a television, and Dell monitors at the time had no remote control options, so there was no way he could have turned it off from his chair when Dr. Robbins came in to speak with him.
The end credits for actress Stevie McKinley says "Jane Doe 1988" however throughout the show she is referred to as "Jane Doe 1989" by everyone and listed that way on the police reports.
