One of Monsters and Critics' favorite publicity executives was promoted to vice president of communications and talent relations. Chris Albert will continue reporting to Russell Howard, senior vice president of communications. Albert has provided strategic leadership for Ngc.s communications efforts on both a local and national level, with an emphasis on network initiatives, program publicity, media relations and talent management.
