Eli 'Goliath' Lisack : I know things.
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo : Yeah, how to trade weapons for diamonds, we got that.
Eli 'Goliath' Lisack : I'll trade information.
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo : [leans over him] And what could you know that would interest the C.I.A.?
Officer Ziva David : [chuckles] He thinks we're the C.I.A.?

Officer Ziva David : [slaps Lissack, in Hebrew] You are a traitor to our country and our people.
Eli 'Goliath' Lisack : [in Hebrew] I never sell weapons to Hamas or Hezbollah!
Officer Ziva David : [grabs him by the front of his coat, in English] You sell to people who do!
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo : You're lucky she doesn't have her slingshot.

Officer Ziva David : You sold a shipment of RPGs to their army. They were very disappointed with the quality of the merchandise.
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo : I believe the President himself is eager to discuss how you stiffed him.
Officer Ziva David : He, in turn, has some information Mossad needs...
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo : And we owe Mossad a favor since they told us you were in D.C., so here we are. We deliver you to Zaire, the President gives Mossad the information it needs, and everyone is happy.
Officer Ziva David : Well... not everyone.
