He has one last case to solve however: his wife Isabella was recently run over by a car and although it's been ruled a hit-and-run accident, he knows it was a case of murder. He suspects gangster Joe Webster to be behind it all. One of his informants, China Mates, tells him that Webster is rumored to have gone to Norththumberland so when biker Billy Lister is found dead, he has a reason to go there.
