The show opens with Tatanka facing Mr. Hughes. This is the best match on the show, but that's not saying much. We get the second Who is Lex Luger? segment. The Sheepherders and the "Macho Midget" (Tiger Jackson) take on Blake Beverly, the Brooklyn Brawler and Little Louie in a terrible match. Yokozuna and Lex Luger have their official contract signing for their SummerSlam match. Surprisingly, a fight DOESN'T break out. Razor Ramon squashes Dan Dubiel. Gene Okerlund gives the SummerSlam Report. The Heavenly Bodies make short work of Bobby Who and Mike Bucci (the future Super Nova / Simon Dean). A dull episode.
