So much fun seeing Izzie's little girl! Great episode! Especially Izzie did a remarkable job in this one. It was very heartfelt.

I also loved the way Colin Marlowe's stay ended. Cristina softening up and being human is such a great look for her - in small doses. She needs to still be Cristina.

I like Susan. Yes she is still a little pushy and forward, but she means well. She has such a good heart. And she is so good for Meredith.

Izzy's daughter

I was wondering, how is it possible that Izzy's story about her daughter would start and end like that: in only one episode we learn that she actually HAD a daughter when she was 16, that she is ill with leukemia and doesn't want to meet her personally. The next minute (in France we get three episodes in a row, fortunately!) Izzy is having fun with the others at Burke's apartment, while learning in a sort of quiz contest for the final test. It's simply unreal! I think, there's much more potential on that story there, like making her pregnant with George's baby in the season 4, and then (due to her past) not being willing to give it up, although it might be problematic (Callie and so on...) I was quite disappointed in the end. Anyone felt like that?

This Episode begins with Cristina and Burke, they are performing a surgery. Caroline and Dustin tell to Izzie that Hannah has leukemia. Hannah is Izzie her daughter. Derek tells Richard that he wants to be the new chief of Surgery at the Seattle Grace Hospital. Izzie is going to donate bone marrow to Hannah, so she can be healed from her leukemia. Izzie tells George about her daughter Hannah. Marlow is getting back home, he will not be the new chief of Surgery. Richard is dancing with Addison at the bar. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 3, Izzie her daughter was the main subject in this Episode. Hopefully she will get better!

I go back to early seasons to watch scenes involving Izzie Stevens and this episode ALWAYS makes me ugly cry. Katherine Heigl's portrays the role so well her tears are so believable you can't help but also cry. She's an amazing actor! And Dr. Bailey supporting her like a mother. Ugh. Love them! Hannah is so beautiful! If only Izzie's role wasn't cut short few seasons later, this storyline can surely be developed to be more heartbreaking or beautiful or both and can be one of the top-rated and iconic episodes. It's a shame, really. Katherine Heigl's one of the top actors of this series.
