What kind of a weird solution is it to throw Kayla out of the house? I'm not minimizing what she did. Clearly that kid needs some serious psychological intervention. Her behavior suggests she might be a psychopath but as parents shouldn't Tom and Lynette do something a little more productive than moving her to her grandparents house?! What kind of parents are they?! What she needs is a full psychiatric evaluation not relocation. Didn't Lynette promise her dying mother she would take care of her? She is still a child, it's still possible to help her. Rejecting her isn't going to help her state of mind nor is it going to make her disappear. She is still Tom's daughter. She is still her siblings older sister. Not that I'm surprised by this. I've said before that Lynette is a very selfish character so it's not a shock that she chose the easy way out (as did the writers). Honestly it's disappointing to watch.
