Sex & Nudity

  • There are numerous references to sexual activity within conversations.
  • A woman preforms a fully clothed lap dance on a man.
  • In the original release with all the drive-in intermission bumpers, Rob Zombie's "Werewolf Women Of The S. S." trailer shows a couple scenes of women in skimpy clothing, wearing thongs and maybe panties, and then Eli Roth's "Thanksgiving" trailer shows a cheerleader taking her shirt off, exposing her breasts, and taking off her panties, exposing her buttocks so she can tease a student.
  • We see a woman walking around in her underwear briefly.

Violence & Gore

  • A long car crash sequence showing each death separately. One woman has her leg out the window and when the other car hits theirs, her leg is amputated. We see the amputated leg hit the ground. The driver of the car has her neck broken by the impact. A third woman in the car is thrown from the vehicle (she is seen hitting the pavement violently). As the killer's car goes over theirs, we see the fourth woman in closeup as the tire of the car skids across her face, ripping at the flesh. This is very violent and can be a shocking scene for younger viewers.
  • Not recommended under 11 or 12 years.
  • A woman is violently bumped around inside the killer's car. She hits the glass and the interior of the car, we see her with a bloody hand and some blood on the glass. She later gets her face smashed against the dashboard of a car, we see a brief glimpse of the scene, and hear a loud crunch as she persumely hit her face/nose/teeth on the dashboard. After that, we see her as she gasps for breath and then quickly dies (thick blood is covering her and the her clothes, as will as the dashboard).
  • A woman shoots a man in the arm. The aftermath is shown as he cries in pain.
  • A group of women pull a man out of his car, and then punch him repeatedly until he falls to the ground. A woman kicks him in the face and he is supposed to be dead, it is shown but not in closeup.
  • A very long sequence of car chase, involving a person on top of the car. They are constantly threatened with being thrown off the car, moving at 100-miles-per-hour.

Profanity

  • Also many uses of mild language ("damn", "hell", "piss")
  • 59 uses of "fuck"
  • Nearly constant uses of "ass", "bitch", and "shit"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • For the first half of the movie, many scenes are set in a bar, and numerous men and women constantly drink, smoke cigarettes, and smoke pot.
  • Alcohol is often referred to in conversations as well.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • While the movie is quite violent, there's a darkly comic tone to it. The first half of it, though graphic, is in some ways, over-the-top. However, the second half near the end is played in a very edgy and disorienting style, which while not terribly intense, may be discomfiting for some viewers.
