Diego is a doctor so used to dealing with extreme situations that he has become immune to the pain of others. When one of his patients, Sara, tries to kill herself, her partner points an accusing finger at Diego, holding him directly responsible for what has happened. During a tense confrontation between the two, a gun is held at Diego.
