Frank has a dream about Colt Lugar. It is non-sexual. But strange, yes?

When my husband comes home I shall question him about such things.

We are not, how do you say? Extroverts?

The wine is, how do you say? Pinging in my head.

This is an 8-star production.

I enjoy the "Family" productions. My husband humors me.

The best episode of season 4, so far...

Lots of great heartbreaking moments and a shocking ending.

Daddy Issues and Baby Shower

Sue tries on clothes to find something to wear. She has on a teddy and Frank compliments it. She says the last time he said that this happened and gestures to her belly.

Sue tells Frank she knows his resentment towards his father comes from wanting approval.

Frank goes downstairs where Bill and grandpa goes to leave for hockey.

Sue goes to the restaurant where her former male coworkers listen to one's divorce. He says he only lost half of everything. One comments so is his penis one inch now? Sue attempts to fit in with the guys and they say they know what she has been working on referring to babymaking and laughs.

Vivian leads her to the surprise baby shower.

Frank opens the door and his father-in-law has arrived and they watch television together.

Frank gets the neighbours to join him so he does not have to be alone with him. They each try to outdo everyone else to see who has the worst father.

Bill is taken to the sports shop that his grandpa used to own and where Bill took the hockey stick. Bill gets to see his grandpa's other side as his grandpa drinks and gets aggressive as he talks with his buddies.

The father-in-law tells his story about his own father saying that his true love was not Sue's mom. It was another woman his father disapproved. His father made the woman seem like a thief. The father-in-law says he is grateful his dad did not let him go along with his infatuation and he wished he did the same with Sue's.

Maybe the best episode of the entire series

Wonderful. There are both of laugh and sorrow in this episode. A sweet mixture of all the things that make this series great. Everything is in a great balance. I can't remember an episode as good as this one.
