I like the rest of the show, its very funny, but by far this has been the funniest episode of all 4 seasons. I'd love to watch these characters in their own show.

Being Alderman Is Hard

This episode features Rosie. The intro song even has Rosie instead of Frank. This episode shows Rosie's first couple days as alderman.
Rosie and the van guy talk about old days. Rosie was going to open the first titty bar. Rosie then sadly says they never achieved anything.
Rosie has to deal with a white politician who is threatening that he will not have good intentions for ward 12. Rosie goes to the bar sadly and the black ppl there complain Rosie isn't doing anything. Water is not coming through, fire hydrants are exploding, the lights stay at yellow causing car accidents.
Warning - there is a billboard saying seconds? There is a woman in doggy style position on a plate and a male is ready to eat.
Rosie ends up going back to the airport and tells Frank he gets why Frank is so miserable in his leadership position all the time. He takes his uniform and goes back to work. He readies himself saying here we go and then proceeds to greet the people cheerfully. He is amazing in customer service.

We all know that Frank is going to screw something up. It's his nature.
So: while Frank is busy with the fire in the service hangar (the fourth one this month) Rosie does the introduction to this episode. Maybe the Murphy family and the Roosevelt family have more in common than we thought?
Nia wants to audition for a TV show.
Rosie meets the Mayor (who affects a Sicilian accent). The Mayor has a project and needs one more vote to pursue it. He wants to demolish the library in order to make room for a new dog track. He offers Rosie a bribe if Rosie will vote for the track.
Nia places and is invited to be on the show.
Rosie suffers the Mayor's wrath.
