  Jack Bauer : [to Larry, referring to Jack]  his gotten us this far, it makes sense

  Tony Almeida : You're wasting your breath. If I were you, I'd tell the President to withdraw those troops because Dubaku is serious, his ready to take thousands of American lives unless his demands are met

  Jack Bauer : Why the hell are you doing this?

  Tony Almeida : Juma wanted the CIP module and he was willing to pay for it

  Jack Bauer : I don't believe you

  Bill Buchanan : Tony's not a terrorist: his working "deep cover." his working with me

  Chloe O'Brian : You don't know the "whole story." It's part of an ongoing "operation"

  Jack Bauer : "Operation?" What kind of "operation" puts hundreds if not thousands of lives in danger?

  Bill Buchanan : You need to listen: our government is corrupted. There are people on the "inside" actively" aiding Dubaku and the Juma regime. The point is Tony was supposed to be "near" module the whole time, with him in custody, we've lost our ability to control it and to attack this "conspiracy"

  Jack Bauer : Who's part of the "conspiracy"? Give me names

  Bill Buchanan : We don't know the "extent" of it. We have reason to believe members of the President's inner counsel are on the payroll

  Jack Bauer : Who's "shepherding" the investigation? Which agency?

  Bill Buchanan : That's just it: there's no "shepherd." There's no "agency." This corruption runs "deep and wide." We're working "outside" the government. That's why we need to get Tony back undercover

  Bill Buchanan : I know it's not going to be easy but we have to "try." Chloe's already in their system

  Bill Buchanan : If you think you can "use" her to get Tony out of FBI headquarters, then do it but you'd be making her a target

  Jack Bauer : Your right, we'll do it your way, I can get to Tony myself but Chloe's going to have to get us out of the building

  Jack Bauer : [Before hanging up]  get back to me as soon as you're ready

  Chloe O'Brian : Copy, Jack

  Jack Bauer : I got Tony at the door of interrogation room 1 leading out to the hallway

  Chloe O'Brian : Ok I see you, I'm going to direct you to the southwest exit: right now you're in the least populated area in the building but you're going to run into a lot more "resistance" when you get out of there

  Jack Bauer : [to Tony, before he nods]  you ready?

  Chloe O'Brian : Clear to move. Hold on there's two people coming out of the elevator

  Jack Bauer : Copy that

  Jack Bauer : You should be able to get back into their system. Otherwise, we're not going to make it out of here
